Items will be sent First Class Delivery in plain packing bags unless you have requested our gift-wrap Service (see below for details). Yenevar ships to the UK mainland with Royal Mail recorded delivery or Next Day Special delivery (on instock items) if ordered by 12 noon.
All Orders in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. Our Delivery Lead Times are listed below and are based on the orders being placed on the specified order days. Our supplier ships weekly from North America, without exception, to offer our customers the fastest possible lead times. However due to high demands on or stock please allow upto 14 working days for your order to arrrive.

Gift-wrap Service

We now offer a gift-wrapping service for a small additional fee of £3.50 over our normal shipping cost. Garments will be wrapped in paper and sent in a beautiful gift box and tag. We will also include any personal message on the gift tag. Please select this option when ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 7 days of receipt and we will only exchange like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
we will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged we therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit. To understand our obligations as a merchant in the uk please consult consumer protection regulations which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Process
We accept Returns of all our products in line with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
All returns must be shipped back to Yenevar at your expense and must be labelled with an RMA number. An RMA number is automatically generated by our system if you choose to return a product. You may Track a Return Online by entering your RMA number. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. If you have any problems generating an RMA number on our system, or any queries with returns in general then please call us on +44 (0)1271 864575
To generate an RMA number, please login to your account and then view your previous orders under "My account". View the specific order you wish to return and then select the "return" option. Fill in the information requested to generate an RMA number.
